Weight Club's new app makes it easy to record the calories you eat and how much you burn through exercise. We give you a menu suggestion you can follow and thousands of calorie-calculated recipes that can be used as inspiration in everyday life. Our service is based on the Health Directorate's dietary advice and has been developed in collaboration with experts in weight loss, nutrition and exercise since 2005.
To get started with the app, you must have an active subscription in Weight Club. Start today by visiting https://www.vektklubb.no.
Weight Club offers:
- Weight program for easy overview of weight development
- Diary for logging of food and exercise
- Calorie-calculated recipes
- Articles in Health, Diet and Exercise
- Easy logging of foods with barcode scanner
- Automatic logging of activities with Google Fit and Apple Health
- Expert panel of nutritionists and personal trainer
To use the diary:
1. Touch the plus icons to register food or exercise.
2. Search for foods, recipes or activities.
3) When you finish recording food or activity, the diary will be updated and you will see how many calories you have left that day. The diary gives you a simple overview of everything you have logged and also allows you to keep track of developments over time.
